I was informed by a Citizen of Israel (formerly an American Citizen) that the most important date in the history of the USA was a day shortly after 7/4/76. He said that Washington initiated legislation which would incourage Jewish immigration to our land and their acceptance and welcome participation in our processes.
I had planned on sending him a FAQ but I lost his card. If you do not have access to the information could you give me suggestions on whom to contact?
