You are right about what you said. When people now a days speak about spiritulism they think about the dark side.
My mother talks about her mother and past ansestors who relied on the guidance of those spirits who surround us. She never mentioned them being dark. They were a source of help, strength and faith.
I'm not quite sure what it is that you are seeking, but I'm sure that the answer is within you. Whatever it is that you are feeling, is true. There is no defenite answer, it just is.
