IDMS Training Software - License Agreement

This letter will serve as a license agreement for the IDMS Tutorial Software from Amerisoft Inc. (vendor) and the customer listed below.   Please sign and return a copy via U.S. postal mail or fax (to the address at the bottom of this page), P.O. number (only if you want to use one).

1. Vendor will ship to customer (or customer can download) the dated trial software after receipt of this trial agreement. It will be internally labeled with your company name, location, and expiration date on all main menus.  Vendor will ship the final (undated) version of the product after final payment.

2. The software is licensed to be installed and accessed on only ONE personal computer. Any number of persons may use the software and be trained on that machine. A 17" monitor is highly suggested. There is no time limit on how long the tutorial may be used.  [Contact me for network license agreement.]  

3. Annual upgrades will be optionally available at approximately 20% of the current licensing fee. This will keep the software up to date with the new releases of IDMS (as released by Computer Associates).

4. Customer agrees to pay the prices in point #5 below after trial, or to remove software from the computer on which it was installed, and return all diskettes or CD/ROM to Amerisoft Inc.  If returned, customer also agrees to destroy all course-ware workbooks (except the IDMS Errors Documentation) that were printed from the Adobe Acrobat files.
